This policy explains how Tiny Desk AI handles account details, submitted portraits, generated videos, analytics, and payment records.
We process account details needed for sign-in, credit balances and task records, the portrait you submit, and the video generated for your task. Payment providers return order and transaction details; Tiny Desk AI does not need your full card number or security code.
Your portrait is uploaded to private storage and shared with the configured video generation provider so it can create the requested result. The app also uses its hosting, database, email, sign-in, storage, and payment providers to operate accounts and purchases. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Source photos are private and scheduled for cleanup within 24 hours after a task reaches a terminal state. A completed video is private and available for download for up to 7 days. Account, credit, payment, and security records may be kept as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You can delete an individual task from My Videos and request account-data deletion through Contact.
Optional analytics stay off until you allow them in the consent notice. Your choice is saved in this browser. Analytics events may include page, template, upload, checkout, and task status information; the app does not send the original portrait as an analytics event.
Use Contact to ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy concerns. Include a task or order ID when helpful, and do not send passwords, full payment credentials, or extra copies of sensitive photos.
